Back Hi,
We 've got a huge studio in a luxurious 2-bedroom apt. available for renting
from September 1, 2004. You can move in few days earlier though. The
apartment i 'm talking about is on the 31st floor of Presidential Towers, 575
W. Madison St. There are two bedrooms, two bathrooms, one huge living-room
(seperatated as the studio) and one huge equipped kitchen. The apartment is
very well secured, wall-to-wall carpeted and has plentiful closets and
extraordinary views. The rate we got for the apartment is $1750, but you
have to pay only $470 for the studio, central heat/air and water included.
The transportation here is very convenient. The apartment is two blocks
away from the green line, 3 blocks away from red/orange/purple line, through
which you can go to chinatown within 20 minutes, and 4 blocks away from the
blue line, through which you can go straight to the O 'Hare Airport. There
are also several buses and train stations around, and free trolley too, all
within one block 's distance.
What else? Oh, the building provides free internet at the cyber center, and
free printing too. Isn 't that amazing?! I wish i can send you some
pictures so that you can have a brief idea, but i don 't have them with me
right now. Go check the website if you 're interested: www.habitat.com. Our
building is called the Presidential Towers.
One more thing, the apartment is only one block away from Chicago-Kent
College of Law, where you have free access to the library and internet. The
shuttle bus can take you to the main campus of IIT everyday and Chinatown on
weekends. About UIC, honestly, i can 't tell the exact distance, but I know
lots of UIC students living in our building, and it won 't take more than 10
minutes to drive to the UIC campus. I saw some people ride bicycles and
some take bus 60.
Write to me at zlu@(protected) if you 're interested, and you 're also welcome
to visit. You 'll love it.
Good luck with everything.
Lu
