Female looking for 2 roommates to share a 3 bed/1bath apartment on the 1
floor of a duplex house in 204 Eastern Heights neighborhood. Spacious
living room, dining room, kitchen and ample closet space. Washer and dryer
in the apartment. Off-street parking with car port.

Located next to the Baker animal research institute in a quiet
residential area with lots of parks/trails. Within biking distance
of Cornell campus. On bus route, stop is right next to house,
routes 51 and 93 close to the East Hill Plaza, 24hrs grocery store
(P&C), Burger King, etc. close to bus lines: 50, 52, 53, 54, (the
latest bus is around 1am everyday) Driving it is 5 minutes to
Cornell, and walking it is 15~20 minutes to East Hill Plaza.

Rent is $350/month for smaller room (approx 9 ft x10 ft), $375/month
for larger room (approx 10 ft X 12 ft). Rent includes heat and water.
Electricity is usually ~$10-15/month/person depending on usage, and
internet is $10/month/person. Lease starts August 1st, 2009.
