To whom it may concern,

A spacious master room in a 2BR/1.5Bath apartment at Holly Hill Apartment will be available from January 2009. Actual move-in date is flexible (it could be as early as December 2008). It is on the second floor facing the garden, so it is very quiet and safe.

 

Also, it is within walking distance to west campus and very close to Kroger's (supermarket). The LaSalle Loop bus stop is right in front of the apartment, providing shuttles to west campus and Kroger.

The rent is $320 plus 1/3 electricity and internet. The master room has a large walk-in closet and private restroom. You will share the apartment with two Duke graduate students.
