Looking for a roommate to share a 3 bedrooms/2.5 bathrooms townhouse in Lenox West
 

    * One of the best neighborhoods in Durham (it is one of the histrocial site, you can see deers around here)

   
    * Very quiet and safe, easy access to highway 15-501 and 85


    * Spacious kitchen and living room (furnished) on the 1st floor (with coffee machine, smoothie maker, almost everything you need for cooking)

 
    * One bedroom with private bathroom on the 3rd floor (this is the one we want to rent)


    * two bedroom on the 2nd floor

    * Washer/dryer in house

    * TV cabel (we have more than 120 channels), high speed internet.

    * 5 min driving to Duke West Campus (Fuqua bussiness school)

    * 2 min driving to the shopping center (Kroger, CVS, ect)

The rent for this bedroom is about 350 dollars, average utilities including the cabel, internet, electricity and water for each person are around 50 dollars, actually it depends on how much we used each month, and we three will share the utilities.
