I would like to sublease my small room in a 2BR/1.5Bath apartment with a den on the second floor at Holly Hill apartment. The small room is actually the den of this apartment. It is small but cozy， and it is more than enough to fit in one queen-size bed and one study desk. The apartment is within walking distance to west campus and near the LaSalle Loop bus-stop.
The rent is $165 plus 1/3 electricity and internet ($10).
