BR/1.5Bathroom furnishedapartment in Chapel Tower is available for leasing from
Januar 15, 2009.

It is within walking distance to Duke west campus and also has a Duke bus
shuttle for every 1/2 hour. The Duke bus stops is just below stairs.

Rent is $320 + 1/2 utilities and the water rate is free.
The lease is until March 31, 2009 and you can also extend.

Current resident is a female grad student in Duke law school.
