标题: [china:] Room for lease at Campus Walk Apt from Dec ($295 per person)

Hi All,

I would like to transfer my lease of my bedroom in a two bedroom apartment at
Campus Walk Apartments since I am leaving this country. The rent is $295 per
month for my room, which covers water bills.

The apartment comes with a washing machine and a dryer. It is 10-minutes walking
distance to Duke West Campus or Medical Center. Public transportation is
available with LaSalle loop bus and Livery which will take you around West
Campus and also reaches Croger supermarket.

I am flexible with the time you would like to move in (you do not start paying
the rent until you move in), as long as that is before 5th Jan. The means you
can either move in as early as tomorrow or you can move in as late as 5th Jan.

If you do not have any furnitures and would like some. No worries, I can sell
mine to you at a very cheap price which saves you the time and money for buying
the furnitures. I also have a few books and other stuff would like to sell
later.

The rent is pretty cheap in my view. The total rent for the whole apartment is
$675 per month. Since my room is a little bit smaller than the other one, so I
negotiated a cheaper price ($295). From my comparison, Campus Walk Apartments
are better than Poplar West and Holy Hill or Holy Hills ones in term of
price/quality comparison.
