Two spacious, furnished bedrooms are available in a 3-bedroom 2.5-bath house. Occupants in the two bedrooms will have their own bathroom and will share the kitchen with me.

Rent: $420/month for one bedroom, or $650/month for both bedrooms.

Lease: No lease requirement. However, a security deposit equal to one month's rent is required (to be returned when you leave if there is no damage to the room).

Utilities: All utilities are included in the rent: water, electricity, gas, long-distance phone, high-speed Internet, and cable TV.

Location: Colony Lake subdivision, which is located at the intersection of 15-501 and HWY 40 Exit 270. Around 15 minutes drive to UNC, less than 15 minutes drive to Duke, and less than 15 minutes drive to RTP. Very close to Wal-mart, Kroger, Target, and Sam's club. Convenient for grocery shopping. Also very close to Borders and Barnes & Nobel.

Bus lines: D, CL and F. F and CL lines are nearby. D line is within 15-minute walking distance.

School district: Within the Chapel Hill city limit. Elementary, middle and high schools are the best in North Corolina.

Requirements: no pet, non-smokers.
