room apartment. It is located at Walden at Greenfield in Chapel Hill, very
close to Lowes and Borders. In total it is 1150 square feet, on second floor of
a 3-story building. The environment is very nice, clean, and quite, with a pond
with a lot of fish and turtles in it just in front of the building. It is about
0.8 mile to I-40. Several Chapel Hill bus lines are only 50 feet away. The
original price is $880/month. I want to sublease it at $680/month. My lease
with the landlord is due at July 2009, and then you can continue to sign lease
with the landlord. The moving in date is December 23 or later. Please contact
