A Conversation with Keisuke Horikoshi: Chinese history education of Japanese
involvement in China during WWII and its implications on current China-Japan
relations
    - sponsored by Duke East Asia Nexus and Duke Conversations

Our guest speaker will lead the discussion on variations of the content of that
education across regions and how that has changed in the last half century.

Keisuke Horikoshi is a MA candidate in East Asian Studies with a
concentration in quantitative methods at Yale University. Keisuke obtained his
BA in International Relations at the University of Tokyo with a thesis that
focused on Chinese history textbooks and their influence on international
relations. Keisuke also has published several articles on the topic and
attended related conferences.
