标题: [china:] Room for rent(Near south point mall)

 We have two bedroom in house for rent. My house is close to southpoint mall. About 15 mins to UNC,10 mins to DUKE and RTP.And it is on DATA bus line.You can get detail from http://data.durhamnc.gov/Index_DATA.cfm. I have free bus ticket for TTA and half price for DATA until next Aug.

The big room with furniture in the first floor is available since Nov 16th. Include one full size bed , computer desk,one desktop computer, bookcase,chair etc. It has walking in closet.I'm asking for $340+1/4 electric fee.You need share the bathroom with another roommate.


Another room is third bedroom in the first floor.It will be available from Jan 1st. Include furniture. You need share the bathroom with another roommate too.I'm asking for $275+1/4 electric fee.


My family (include me,my husband,my four years son) is stay at second floor.My husband is UNC student.And we like movie,cooking,fish.

We need share the living room , ketch and washing room in the first floor.We have internet cable and IP phone which it is free for calling china.
