2008 China Star Fashion Show Closed

2008服饰搭配秀圆满落幕

 

Last Saturday Oct. 25, about three hundreds people went to the very first 1^st 2008 China Star Fashion Show host by 华星报China Star, 华联CAFA, 木兰戏剧社Mulan Club, and 北卡华人企业协会NCCBA, co-hosted by新月时装俱乐部 New Moon Fashion Club,凤凰文化中心 Chinese Phoenix Arts、阳光艺术团Sunny Performing Arts Group、红雀艺术团 Triangle Chinese Dance Club 。29 contestants at all ages competed online, 13 of them entered the final competition, and 7 contestants won prizes for the 4 competing categories.  There are about 230 people from the audience participated voting.

The show was a true success. Not only it attracted more people than ever planned, but also there were so many new faces in the audience group. Most of the audiences stayed till the very end of the show, and enjoyed the unique and entertaining program of that evening. A lot of positive feedback and suggestions were passed on to us, and many people are looking forward to a bigger fashion show party next year.  
 
An event like this will not happen without many volunteer’s time, effort, talent and dedication. It is a time to recognize all of them, and give them the loudest applause for such a wonderful job done.
