Hi all,

I would like to sublet a full-furnished one bedroom apartment for six months
from next January.

The apartment complex is on University Dr. in Durham, 3 miles to Duke West
Campus/Medical Center (about 7-9 min. by drive). It is conveniently located one
or two blocks away from groceries (Sam's club, Super Target, Harris Teeter,
Oriental Market), banks (Wachovia, BoA), a post office and a movie theater. It
has a nice outdoor swimming pool, a gym, and a tennis court. Free wi-fi is
available at the clubhouse. Most of residents are Duke students and employees.
So if you don't have a car, you may be able to arrange a carpool.

My apartment is on the 3rd, or top, floor at the opposite side of the parking
lot. It is very quiet, clean and bright. Perfect for a single in space (634 sq.
ft) with high ceiling, a walk-in closet, a storage room, and a nice tree view
from the deck.

The rent is $625 per month, NOT including utilities (electricity, water &
sewage) which vary by season but range from $35 to $70. My contract expires at
the end of June, but you can take it over if you'd like. While I prefer a
sublet for the whole six months, the rent and the length of stay are
negotiable. I can leave my furniture and other stuff for your use while you're
staying if you ask for.
