Two spacious, furnitured bedrooms are available in a three bed-room 2.5 bath house. Occupants in the two bedrooms will have your own bathroom and will share the kitchen with me.

Rent: $420/month one bedroom, or $650/month for both of the two bedrooms.
Lease: no lease requirement. But required a one-month rent as warrant (will give back if no damage of the room when leaving).

Utilities: everything is included: water, electricity, gas, long-distance phone, high-speed Internet, and cable TV.

Location: Colony Lake subdivision, which located at the crossing of 15-501 and HWY 40. Around 15 minutes drive to UNC, less than 15 minutes drive to Duke, and less than 15 minutes drive to RTP. Very close to Wal-mart, Kroger, Target, and Sam's club. Convenient for grocery shopping.

Bus lines: D, CL and F. F and CL lines are closeby. D line is in 15-minute walking distance.

School district: it is in the Chapel Hill city limit. Elementary, middle and high schools are all excellent.

Requirements: no pet, non-smokers.
