Hi All,

A bedroom in a two bedroom one bathroom apartment in Holly Hill is available from November or December (the day to move in can change). The apartment is on the second floor, facing south. So it is sunny and safe. The apartment is ~10min walking distance to West campus. Free school buses (Lassalle Shuttle) are available every 30min (Mon-Fri) right in front of the apartment. The DATA bus stop of  6 and 11 are also in font of the apartment. The rent is $265 (guest bed room) or $285 (master bed room) including water fee (This has been the special rate for our lease while the regular market rate should be 625$).
