Thanks to Xu and Xiaowai's reply.

I just called Amazon custom service (actually I input my phone number online and they called me). They contacted USPS somehow and told me my packages were delayed and mistakenly scanned as delivered. Although USPS tracking sucks, the custom service of Amazon is amazing.

Hi all,

I am waiting for two packages from Amazon mailed through USPS. Online tracking shows both of them were delivered on July 1. However, I never receive them nor see any key in the mailbox. I checked the mailbox again tonight and just found a wrong mail (to someone in other apartment).
I live in Vairo Village 224C and wish someone could share their experience with me to deal with this kind of situation. I left a note in the mailbox to the mail carrier.
