I would like to sublet a bedroom out of a three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment from early January to August. Your roomates will be two nice and easy going boys. You have to share a bathroom with another boy. The rent is 360 $/month including all utilities(water, electricity,free bus pass, heating, high speed internet, TV cable, and waste removel etc.).  It is quite close to campus, only cost you about 15 minutes to IST building and it just takes you about 4 minutes by bus. Weis supermarket is 3 minutes away on foot. Boy is preferred.
