A bedroom in the second floor available at Oak Hill townhouse located at Farmstead Lane. (Copper Beech) from May,2009 to July,2009.

The rent for that bedroom is $438 per month, including water/sewage, TV cable, internet, and a W bus pass. The only utility you pay is electricity(average is about $80/3 per person per month).

There is brief introduction of the facilities and features:

large bedroom has its own full bathroom and very big closet.

spacious living room, kitchen room, and half bathroom in the first floor.

free laundry (washer and drier) locates at the ground floor.

Apartment near park, you can see it from your window

nearby bike trails.

Quiet.

Close to W bus(2 min walking distance and bus pass is free) and Convenient to Giant stores.

We have two parking spaces (available for another car).
